Primer Jetcoat

Digital Flexographic Primer.

Primer Jetcoat is a water-based inkjet receptive coating for all types of papers, including coated papers.

With this primer, the ink is absorbed and dries quickly, avoiding bleeding and increasing the intensity and quality of the print.

Primer JetCoat prevents bleeding on papers coated with water-based ink without drying

CHARACTERISTICS

It can be applied in flexo or hollow coaters.
Excellent ink adhesion
Avoid bleeding on non-absorbent papers.
Water based, environmentally friendly.
Power Compatible
Suitable for compostable packaging.
Once printed and dry, there is no risk of blocking or tacking.
Good wetting of the support.

For optimal conservation, it should be stored between 10 and 30 °C and should not be exposed to sudden changes in temperature.

Packaging: Pail buckets 10 and 20 liters, IBC 500 and 1000 liters.

Duration: One year from its manufacture under normal storage conditions.

Once the container has been opened, it must be hermetically closed again.

Diluent: Water
Working viscosity: 20 - 25 Sec / DIN 4 cup (DIN53211)
Antifoam Agent: This product contains sufficient amount of antifoam agent but under unfavorable conditions some foam may appear. In these cases, the addition of small amounts of Antifoam HK7 is recommended.
Drying accelerator: Surface crosslinking agent that causes rapid drying and hardening of the varnish film. Its addition should not be greater than 4% as it reduces the shine.
STRIPPER Cleaner: Very effective solvent for stripping dry varnish.
